Returns Policy
- If your product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please call us immediately for submitting a return request. Return request must be raised before the delivery man left your place.
- A full video recording is mandatory during unboxing and the damaged part must be visible within that same video shoot.( please place your camera properly to capture the clear and full unboxing video properly.
- We do not accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed) / defective.
- Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
- Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour)

Clothing, Apparel We do not accept a change of mind. If the item received is damaged or defective a refund will be issued based on the unboxing video assessment(captured by the customer during the opening of the box/packet). Should inform us before the delivery man left the address. |
