  Pre-Order Policy:

  Thank you for choosing What U Wear for your fashion needs. We are happy to offer you the option to pre-order items that are currently out of stock or are yet to be released. Please take a moment to read our pre-order policy before placing your order.

  Pre-Order Payment:

  We require full/minimum of 40% payment upfront for all pre-orders. This payment is non-refundable and will secure your order once the item becomes available. Payment can be made through our Bkash online payment portal. If you are ordering from our Official Facebook page on messenger, a payment link will be shared with you to make the full/partial payment.

  Product Weight & Price Adjustment

  All Pre Order products weight is estimated based on assumptions. If the actual weight of the product is less than our initial assumption, we will issue a refund for the difference. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide transparent and fair pricing for our products.

  Delivery Time:

  The delivery time for pre-orders will vary depending on the item and its availability. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of your order, in most cases, for available items order is immediately placed after you make the payment and the delivery time in this case takes 15 to max 21 days but this date may change due to factors outside of our control. We will keep you updated on any changes to the delivery date.

  Cancellation and Refund:

  We do not offer cancellations or refunds for pre-orders once payment has been made. If you have any concerns about the item, you are pre-ordering, please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at any time and provide a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the order.

  Exchange and Return:

  We do not accept exchanges and returns on pre-orders. However, the product is checked thoroughly at the time of receiving from the company at our Karachi office.
