Delivery and Ordering Policy: Outside of Dhaka, we have a cash-on-delivery option with "on condition" terms through Stead Fast or Redex Courier Service. Delivery Charge is 150-200Tk depending on parcel size. Rules
We do not accept a change of mind. If the item received is damaged or defective a refund will be issued based on the unboxing video assessment(captured by the customer during the opening of the box/packet). You should inform us before the delivery man leaves the address. We check your dress 1000% times before processing the delivery. :)
